What the assistant stores
Quick Read and Interview use your question, the response, and limited page context to answer and improve this assistant. Don’t include confidential hiring, company, or personal information.
Stored for up to 30 days
Server logs may contain the assistant surface, the current page’s slug, your question, the response, a fixed Interview topic when selected, whether the answer was flagged for review, and creation and deletion timestamps. A daily deletion job removes expired records, and expired records are excluded from the private review endpoint even before that job runs.
Not used as a visitor profile
Assistant logs do not include cookies, fit-brief company or role names, raw IP addresses, or a durable visitor identifier. Operational rate limiting stores only a salted address hash for up to 24 hours. Recommendation analytics use fixed destination and confidence labels, never your question or response.
Your current tab
Conversation state is kept in session storage so it can survive same-tab navigation. It expires when the tab’s session ends. The visible Clear conversation control removes that local transcript and its recommendation signals; it does not claim to erase a server log early.
